Red Rock Estates Dirt Bike Problem
Dear Red Rock Estates Homeowners,
Due to the concerns in the Red Rock Estates HOA neighborhood regarding kids riding these bikes in the streets the Rapid City Police send this warning.
The statute for youth off-road vehicles clearly states “No person may operate on a public street or highway an off-road vehicle except for crossing from one side of the road to the other side.” How the youth off-road vehicles (aka dirt bikes) are being used is illegal.
It is illegal to operate these bikes on the streets and sidewalks. The streets in Red Rock Estates are city streets.
All property within our neighborhood is privately owned. There is no land for dirt bikes.
Excessive speeds, close calls with vehicles and lack of common sense have been observed on our neighborhood streets. Please follow the law before children are injured.

Covenant Reminders
Dear Red Rock Estates Homeowners,
Please remember the following covenants:
TRASH - These containers shall be stored within an attached garage or within a screen device for that purpose. Trash containers should not be seen from the street when stored.
ON STREET PARKING - This is restricted to emergencies, deliveries, and guests. Cars that belong to residents should be parked in the driveway or garage.
